Features of our range are as follows:

• Shell standard hsl-erw pipes or rolled from tested quality steel plates

• Tubes integrally finned copper and copper alloy tubes with 19 fins per inch, 26 fpi & 40 fins per inch.

• Effective surface area is 2.1/2 times to 5 times more than that of plain tubes of the same diameter

• Tubes are expanded into tubes sheets for leak proof joints

• Tube sheets carbon steel IS 2062, SA 516 Gr 60/70 or equivalent

• Adequate thickness allows proper tube expansion

• Heads cast iron water heads designed for easy removal for mechanical tube cleaning and / or tube replacement

• Designed for different pass arrangements that enable judicial selection of optimum water velocities used for efficient heat transfer

• Design pressures 21 kg / cm² (300 psi) on shell side and 7 kg / cm² (100 psi) on tube side

• Test pressures 28 kg / cm² (400 psi) pneumatic on shell side and 10.6 kg / cm² (150 psi) hydraulic on tube side

• A rust preventive primer finish of red oxide paint
